Holiday Information:

  • Temporary workers holiday must be made at least 7 days in advance of your planned leave. You will be contacted by your recruiter to confirm your leave is approved and how much holiday pay is available to you.
  • If you are requesting leave of more than 5 days duration please note you must contact Ashendon Recruitment at least three working days before your planned return to confirm your booking is still available we cannot guarantee how long a booking will remain open for you.
  • You may be told at any time during your assignment that certain key dates cannot be taken as paid or unpaid holiday to enable clients to plan their workforce.
  • Please note that any leave in excess of your accrued holiday entitlement is unpaid.
  • Some clients operate key weeks throughout the year where holiday is not permitted.

Important Notice:

You should only book holiday with ARL once the time off has been approved with your line manager at your current assignment.
Failure to do this may result in your holiday not being approved.
