With over 900 customers they are currently undergoing a recruitment drive, based in a fantastic location near Watford in Croxley Green with free buses provided from Watford Train station to their premises.
Cancellations Executive
Working within the Employee Engagement Team you will be responsible for cancelling and retaining vehicle orders where possible. You will be expected to deal with each cancellation request, reporting, work to help with improving processes where trends appear, build relationships with dealerships and manufacturers.
Cancellations
To provide a consultative approach to overcome customer objections, to reclaim cancelled orders where possible.
To liaise with the dealership via Leaselink/phone/email
Utilise the cancellation margin calculator to retain orders.
To manage drivers who ‘will reorder’ and allocate to the appropriate team member.
Dealing directly with employees, dealerships and employers via phone & email
Internally liaising with our Customer Service Team, Purchasing and Finance Teams to ensure the correct measures have been taken to correctly cancel the car order and the business has visibility.
To liaise with EBPs and build relations with Benefit Providers.
Stock Car Management
To upload stock cars where the order has been cancelled and Tusker can utilise for further orders.
To communicate with the Team to advertise available stock they can promote to the driver base.
Keep up to date with new vehicles on the market to enhance knowledge
You will bring
An understanding of vehicle leasing schemes and some knowledge of cars and the car contract hire industry would be an advantage
Confident telephone manner, experience with dealing with both inbound and outbound calls
You will be a Team Player
Show a proven ability to proactively plan, problem solve and prioritise
Working well under pressure you will be warm, enthusiastic and outgoing personality, you will be self motivated with strong attention to detail with a flexible approach.
