Salary dependant on experience

Our client is looking for someone who can support their Artist team. The successful candidate’s duties will be administration, customer service, sales and marketing in a fast paced and moving environment.

This would be an ideal role for someone who is passionate about Social Media, Film and TV industry and interaction with the agents, actors, models and artists.


Tasks are likely to include:

  • Demonstrate all the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activities
  • Answering phones
  • Data entry
  • Direct Marketing Sales to new clients by emails (suggestion package)
  • Managing all admin for bookings; calendar, talent details, reminders, brief details and invoice details
  • Keeping the database updated with appointments and jobs
  • Keeping the client database updated: Cloud-based CRM Software (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Producing documents and presentations
