This is a key role in a high-pressure spare parts environment, requiring excellent communication skills, computer literacy, some telesales experience, and a flair for building relationships with customers and suppliers. Experience in a previous spare parts role will be an advantage.
As a Spare Parts Co-ordinator you will liaise between suppliers and customers to identify and supply spare parts. You will also be responsible for dealing with invoice queries, returns, following-up quotations and mail shots, as well as general order taking and computerised invoicing duties.
You must be able to work well as part of a team.
