Working within a small dedicated team, your role will include proactive selling of the clients car leasing scheme, providing excellent pre-sale advice and building a report with the customer. Reporting to the Supervisor of the Employee Engagement team, you’ll work closely with the rest of the Employee Engagement Team and contribute to the continued growth and development of a rapidly expanding business.
• Converse with New Business leads through email and phone.
• To contact customers who have saved a quotation to assist and convert into an order.
• To make 400+ outbound calls a month to our customer base.
• Consultative approach to overcoming customer objections.
• Responding to emails within 72 hours
• To communicate special offers announced by the business to our customer base where possible on inbound activity.
