Salary:
£24 - £27k DOE

You will interact with our clients customers on a daily basis and be the first point of contact for customer queries. The key areas of responsibility are: 1. To provide the initial support to customers via telephone and email 2. To be fully conversant with the clients product suite to deliver support and assistance 3. To deal with a variety of enquiries – action or assign appropriately 4. Raise new licences and invoicing for all orders 5. Demonstrate the product and its features to new and existing customers. 6. Proactively engage customers to increase engagement and adoption of the product leading to retention and renewal of licences
