Working within an enthusiastic team, reporting to the Implementation Manager. The role will be providing implementation support to the entire business and contribute to the continued growth and development of our rapidly expanding business. The Team provide crucial internal support for the effective implementation of new schemes and making sure new customers are communicated to in a professional, efficient and timely manner
Project manage the onboarding of a range of customers from Public and Private sectors
• Ability to work closely and build relationships with Client Executives by arranging and hosting regular conference calls for customers in implementation
• Produce and maintain weekly project plans for each implementation
• Work effectively with the Business Development & Account Development Managers and act as internal primary contact for new customers during the implementation process
• Raise and manage contractual agreements internally and externally with assistance from the Implementation Assistants
• Manage legal queries that arise during implementation
• Actively liaise with internal Operational teams to ensure workflows and processes are amended accordingly if required
• With support from the Implementation Assistants, set up internal systems as per the customers’ requirements including our Back office system, Salesforce and fleet desks
• Manage credit requests with the funders with assistance from the Implementation Assistants
• Manage motor insurance setup with broker and accident management company
• Brand customer and driver portals with assistance from the Implementation Assistants
• Code changes to employee documentation
• Update internal workflow system with the relevant customer and scheme information
• Upload employee data to the company portal prior to launch
• Produce bespoke Process Maps for each customer with assistance from the Implementation Assistants
• Select and/or amend the relevant employee and employer communications
• Scheme commission data to be logged on our Back Office System and Salesforce for successful reporting and management for suppliers (Frameworks, EBP’s)
• Assist with the relationship, scheme setup and IT requirements with employee benefit providers
• Manage technical queries raised during implementation
