Close area team of 3 engineers working within a larger region of 21 multi-disciplinary engineers across the South of England.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
1. Perform scheduled maintenance visits and corrective repairs, as directed, on safety and medical devices
2. Perform warranty repairs, as directed, on safety and medical devices
3. Perform installation and commissioning activities, as directed, on safety and medical devices
4. Perform technical corrective actions, as directed, on safety and medical devices
5. Complete required company documentation, such as electronic test procedures, as necessary.
6. Provide feedback of the quality situation and any issues from field to the Service Management team via regular meetings within local team,
7. Work within the processes of their quality system & work instructions.
8. Track installed base accuracy and report variances to Service Support Team.
9. Provide support to sales for replacement / special sales programs.
10. Provide support to sales and marketing for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, etc.
11. Provide support to sales to develop contracts and assist in achievement of business goals.
12. Maintain company assets such as laptops etc. & tools in accordance with company guidelines.
ROLE REQUIRMENTS:
• HNC or equivalent in electronic/electrical engineering or related subject is essential.
• Previous relevant experience, typically gained over a period of two years or more, is ideal.
• Applicants for the position should have proven experience over a wide range of capital equipment & systems. Ideally with experience of medical or safety related devices and background.
• Able to deliver a high level of customer care and develop long standing customer relationships.
• Ability to organise and prioritise to meet a wide range of diverse & demanding activities.
• Be reliable, honest & trustworthy and act as an ambassador for the company at all times.
