£28,000 – £32,000 per annum

Our client a leading industrial company based on the Maylands Estate is seeking an experienced person to join their team. Our client is looking for a well presented and customer focused person.

The role consists of driving internal sales and order processing for two of their sales business lines. You will need to be flexible in your approach, with an eye for detail, understand the importance for standardised procedures and have a desire to identify and implement process improvements.

Their goal is to continue to improve their good record of customer service, to both internal and external customers. You must demonstrate a desire to contribute to a customer focused atmosphere within their organisation and be comfortable working in a digital sales environment.

Additional requirements involve handling calls and queries from their sales team and customers.

This is a demanding role and will require applicants to be organised and accurate in their work. You will need to rapidly integrate into the existing team. Sales office and SAP ERP system experience is required. You must have an excellent telephone manner.
