Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor who is motivated, enthusiastic and confident engaging with customers
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound customer service calls, assisting with enquires, bookings and feedback.
- Informing customers of deals and offers available, providing up to date information at all times
- Assisting customers via email, live chat, social media or telephone.
