My Client is looking for an administrative support to help with day to day duties within the office. It is a great opportunity for someone who is a people person, is a great communicator and someone who enjoys a challenge in a fast paced environment.
- Meeting room preparation (Printing agenda’s)
- Taking notes in meetings
- Answering the phone so must have a good verbal communication skills
- Monitoring multiple in boxes and prioritising tasks and responding
- Supporting the team and doing administrative work and making sure everything is updated
- Filing, photocopying, printing and scanning
- Might have to occasionally go into London and attend meetings with the team so must be able to get into London
- Greeting clients as they come into the office If you are customer focused with some office admin experience and are looking for your next career move, then this could be the right role for you.
