    ► A minimum notice period of 1 week must be provided to book holiday and claim holiday pay

    ► Only requests submitted using this form will be processed (emails and text message are not acceptable)

    ► Holiday cannot be taken before it is accrued

    ► We cannot pay holiday in lieu. Holiday pay should be paid for the time when annual leave is taken or at the end of the booking. This is a statutory requirement which aims to protect your rights and ensure you have the opportunity to take days off

    ► Some clients operate key weeks throughout the year where holiday is not permitted - when you start your assignment you will be made aware of these key dates.
