Our client is an award-winning company who provide a popular car leasing schemes to individuals and companies. With over 900 customers they are currently undergoing a recruitment drive.
Our client is based in a fantastic location in Croxley Green with free buses provided from Watford Train station to their premises.
This role is responsible the delivery and customer service excellence for Insurance & Remarketing related topics and is key to helping them to manage their fleet of vehicles.
The role involves:
Reporting feedback and all necessary information, queries, customer issues to the Insurance Operations Manager
Daily auditing of their remarketing partners ensuring all collected vehicles are auction ready
Managing the Tesla Business account ensuring vehicles are de-fleeted
Stock & Dashboard reporting to ensure clear and accurate information is available for the management team.
VOR management of auction vehicles requiring repairs
Supplier Management – ensuring all sold reports are received in a timely manner
Processing sale of vehicles via Back Office
Daily Management of the Licence Check process and supplier management.
Licence Check Supplier Invoice processing
With responsibility for the management of Licence Check and Motor Claims mailboxes
Proactive VOR support escalating and challenging the supplier where required including auction vehicles requiring repairs
Management and support of Accident Management queries including, supporting the companies Insurer with Third party allegations and diminution administration
Identify solutions to enhance existing services
Building relationships with suppliers to ensure processes are working and developed when required
Ensuring internal and external queries handled professionally and resolved in a timely manner
Liaise with suppliers and colleagues where necessary to resolve client service issues
