Job Role: Office, Sales & Service Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the one of the largest suppliers of testing equipment for the construction industry in the world with offices in 9 different Countries. Due to an increased demand in their markets our client requires an enthusiastic Office, Sales & Service Administrator to join their team based in Tring, Hertfordshire.

Office Elements:

Report on agent commissions and branch sales
Sales & Service Elements:

Handling customer enquiries from quotation entry to shipment booking from UK and Italian premises, excluding commercial negotiation.
Following sales and service processes from quotation entry to invoicing.
Calibration certificate administration.

Full description:

Enter sales quotes on internal system and submit to customer in a timely manner.
Validate sales quote against order details prior to processing.
Enter/process order on internal systems.
Issue and distribute monthly agent commission report.
Manage daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to Head Office.
Issue service quotes, process & invoice service orders.
Manage calibration certification process and validate with Head Office.
Support the Service Manager with Service Engineers calendar .
Carry-out related office administrative tasks.

Experience:

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate that they are a quick learner, with proven initiative to work both on their own and within a team.
Be a great communicator.
Be organised and able to work to a dead-line in a busy environment.

Essential Criteria:

High standard of both written and spoken English.
Highly proficient with the use of MS Office suite including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Team player.
Experience in Office, Sales and Service administration.
Experience in dealing with customers over phone.
A capability of being able to think on their feet.
Punctual and professional.

Desirable Criteria:

Experience in reporting activities.
Experience in industrial sector.

Working Pattern:
Mon-Fri 9.00 – 17.30 with 1 hour lunch break
