Salary:
£23,000 - £25,000

Working for our fast growing and dynamic client based in St Albans you will be the first point of contact for our customers, external sales executives and warehouse team. This role is extremely fast paced. Applicants must be computer literate (MS Office).

 

Your responsibilities will be: Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships: raising quotations for existing customers and new prospects; Sales pipeline and forecasting management; Highly organised and able to deal with a multitude of unique requests every day; Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services; Delivering the highest standard of customer service; Contribute towards company targets and KPI’s; Coordinate efficiently with internal teams to fulfil customer needs.
