We are looking for a Legal Secretary who has proven background working in Conveyancing and is able to carry out digital/audio dictation.  The role is to carry out secretary duties including typing, digital dictation and dealing with documents and correspondence as directed by fee-earners.  Draft up standard forms and straightforward letters subject to those being checked by the fee earner.  Set up files accurately and speedily as instructed by the fee-earners in accordance with the firm’s standard procedure. Attend to clients both on the phone and in person and take and record accurately any messages and pass to the appropriate person.   To be considered you will need proven background as a Legal Secretary or PA in Conveyancing.  Must be competent in digital/audio typing and MS Office literate to high standard.  For further information please contact Amanda or Steph on 01442 408800
