Salary:

My client is looking for an experienced Finance manager.
This role offers a competitive salary and reports directly to the Managing Director. We are looking for a hands on candidate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant from an SME background with proven analysis and management accounting experience to join a growing company.

Requirements of the Role:
• Ensure optimum performance of financial operations. Determine and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, cut costs, take advantage of opportunities, and maintain state-of-the-art practices;
• Provide support to the Managing Director for financial decision making;
• Build strong relationships with non-finance leaders and assist in ad hoc reporting where and when required
• End of year financial reports for all consultants
• Preparation, analysis and posting of journals
• Compilation of balance sheet reconciliations and month end reporting pack
• Conducting analytical review and analysis of balance sheet and profit & loss accounts
• Reviewer of banking transactions
• Monthly cash flow forecasting
• Support overseas sales centre on similar tasks to above when appropriate
• Statutory reporting
• Strong IT skills are essential
• Responding to finance-related telephone & e-mail enquiries, including giving standard information and guidance relating to the service, maintaining records and producing standard correspondence

Experience:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar senior financial role;
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• Previously worked with DGL Practice Management
